Kaya is an award winning designer, and a relentless optimist who thrives when working with people and impossible challenges. With more than a decade of experience, she quickly grasps underlying needs, structures complexity and translates insight into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.

As a consultant, she has delivered cross-disciplinary projects in both public and private sector, working with clients in energy, shipping, housing, education, insurance, healthcare, IT and construction.

Kaya is currently working with Statens Vegvesen and Grieghallen Utbygging. Previous clients include Haraldsplass Diakonale Sykehus and Erstad & Lekven. In her prior work she has collaborated with a number of other clients.
