Kaya is an award winning designer, and a relentless optimist who thrives when working with people and impossible challenges. With more than a decade of experience, she quickly grasps underlying needs, structures complexity and translates insight into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
As a consultant, she has delivered cross-disciplinary projects in both public and private sector, working with clients in energy, shipping, housing, education, insurance, healthcare, IT and construction.
Kaya has carried out assignments for Y Design, including Haraldsplass Diakonale Sykehus and Erstad & Lekven. In previous roles, she has worked with a number of other clients.
